1. both parties can renew the agreement subject to negotiation at the end of the term or before the end of the term, and both parties can cancel this agreement subject to 30 (thirty) days prior notice for reasonable reasons.
2. Number of security personnel: According to the terms of the contract, 2 security guards will be responsible for the security of Factory. It is noted here that during the term of the contract, the Salary increment will be paid at the rate of 5% per annum.
3. Duty: guards will be engaged in the security of the building from 8.00 pm to 8.00 am and 12 hours from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm for a total of 24 hours
4. According to the terms of this contract, the client or the designated representative of the Client shall inform the security guard in writing of the matters to be performed, in case of theft/robbery/loss of the goods stored/stored in the facility, if the security guard is
found guilty by the representative of both parties, the first party shall be liable for the same. Shall bear the responsibility and shall be liable to pay appropriate compensation to the Client.
5. The Client cannot directly provide any kind of permanent/temporary employment to the security guard appointed by the first party or even engage in any kind of personal work.
6. If the security guard appointed by the first party is suspected to be involved in any kind of negligence, non-cooperation, irregularity or immoral, anti-state crime, the first party will take necessary measures if the second party is informed in writing to the Security
Company.
7. In case of illness, absence, leave, promotion, dismissal, discharge etc. of the security guard of the Security Company, the first party shall ensure the security service by replacing the same number of security guards under its own management.
8. The first party will make necessary arrangements as per the terms and conditions of employment of the security guard as per the terms and conditions of employment of the security guard, uniform, salary, bonus, leave, medical, training, inspection, change,
augmentation.
9. All complaints, grievances, inconsistencies, dissatisfactions, confusions etc. related to security services shall be resolved jointly by both parties subject to impartial investigation. Otherwise both parties can be bound by the prevailing laws of the country.
10. According to the demand of the Client, the Security Company shall pay the salary for the security guard every month at the convenience of the first party, and the Cleint shall pay (cheque/cash) on the 10th (tenth) of the month following the receipt of the service.
11. 1st Party Security Guards will be engaged to deal with illegal trespassing, burglary, robbery damage and casual threats within the perimeter/inside of the establishment. Obviously, since security guards do not have the time or capability to prevent or counter a major armed robbery, planned terrorist attack, and situations where life is threatened, the security guard in charge is not responsible. However, in such a situation, I will try to take action with wisdom, courage, and action.
12. Security Company's Security In-charge, Security Supervisor, will do day and night checking. The security guards will be on duty wearing full uniform and ID card.
13. For security reason of factory: Govt. of Bangladesh are decide and increase labor salary. If there were problem for labor monthly salary please co-operate as per labor salary that’s decide Govt. of Bangladesh.
